Singapore..1st week

Here I am. Hello Singapore!

I realised is that Singapore is damn bloody clean and efficient compare to my home country (sad). The public transport is so much easy to take here....I want this in Penang..seriously

Kek Lok Si

Went there quite late...saw on the net saying it would closed on 12am....mana tau...11pm saja ask me to get out d....memang knn....planning to go for another trip.

Cameron Highlands

Went to Cameron Highland for a night during the starting of the New Year. Definitely a place to relax...already made plans of going there again next month. just for some R&R there. I think i had found a place of serenity for myself.

Aunty's home...

my Aunt from UK came back for 2 weeks...glad to see her as haven't seen her for 3 years..well she got me perfume n lots of chocs! yummyy......

Kathina in Bodhi Lanka

I know my blog had become a Buddhist thing for the past few posts. Went for Kathina in Bodhi Lanka Taiping for the offering festival. Woke up around 6 in the morning ...came back home around 2. Tiring but felt good about it.

Kathina in Penang Buddhist Temple

Went to Buddhist Temple nearby my house last weekend as my parents were fetching 3 Monks from SBS Taiping to the festival. Did alot of praying for myself. Really need some blessing from Lord Buddha.

Was bored at home so decided to take a drive out to Lake Garden and take some pics.

Dinner at David's Diner

Went all the way to Ipoh to have an American dinner. The cozy place called David's Diner was open by an American lady with her Malaysian hubby. A good ol' American style meal really got me excited... got meself a Steak Ribs, Mom had Grilled Chicken and Dad got a Jimmy Jingle ..i think. I forgot how to pronounce it.

Hard Rock Hotel

Went to Hard Rock Hotel for a visit with parents...cool place to stay..really makes me feel i'm in the 70's Hollywood....Love the art on Jimi Hendrix and the Beatles...what i like is the bar near the seaside..fantastic view...Dad and Mom were happy to see all these Beatles memorabilia

Morning Dana ...& Grandpa's 49th Day...

woke up early and followed my parents to do morning Dana for Monks. What they do there is they'll offer food to Monks and listen to Dharma talk from the Monks. Afterwards went to prayers for my Grandpa's 49th day ... still missing him badly...check out the pics...got Mom and Dad in deep thought meditation.
